Below you see a green dot with a percentage. This percentage indicates whether you think you are more or less strong at this task.

For example, if you indicate 100%, this means that you expect to remember to get fuel every time the gauge is in the red sector.

On the other hand, if you indicate 0%, it means that you think you will never remember to get gas.
